Publisher review:The Wacom Tablet Driver X software package is designed to offer you the possibility to easily interact with your Wacom tablet via your Mac computer.
The software is able to deal with different Wacom tablet models: Cintiq (Cintiq 24HD and Touch models, Cintiq 22HD and Touch models, Cintiq 13HD) and Cintiq Companion Products (Cintiq Companion, Cintiq Companion Hybrid), but also Intuos and Intuos Pro devices.
By installing the Wacom Tablet Driver X package you will make sure that your tablet is working properly and you will be able to access all its features.
The Wacom Tablet Driver X installer will create a folder called “Wacom Tablet” in your Applications folder. The directory comprises four utilities: the Android File Transfer.app, the Wacom Desktop Center.app, the Wacom Display Settings.app and the Wacom Tablet Utility app.
To access the tablet’s settings, make sure the Wacom device is connected to your Mac before launching any of the four utilities. To use the Android File Transfer app, your Android device must also be connected.
The Wacom Desktop Center.app allows you to adjust the device orientation or the display settings, but also enables you to personalize the pen, touch or buttons settings, disable the touch function or align the pen to the screen cursor.
The Wacom Tablet Utility app offers you the possibility to correctly uninstall the tablet software: you can remove the preferences for the current user or for all users, or you can completely remove the Wacom tablet software.
The Wacom Tablet Driver X software package will prove to be very useful if you are the owner of a Wacom Cintiq, Cintiq Companion, Intuos or Intuos Pro tablet and you want to take advantage of all its functionality.
